In this tutorial, I'll walk you through my favorite way to decoupage a canvas tote bag! Isaiah 43:18-19 Decoupage Tissue
Ribbon Scraps & Notions for decorating
Parchment paper
Scissors
Plastic wrap
Hot Glue Gun
